Who Better Than Prof. Doddarange Gowda to Witness the Event as Chief Guest on the Occasion
Bengaluru : On the occasion of Alpine Public School’s Annual-Day titled ” Karnataka Vaibhava” the children of standard One, Two and Three sang a song ” NODA BANNI YENTHA CHENDA NAMMA NAADU KANNADA” which was a thoughtful and heart touching answer to the often provoked Kaveri river water issue.
It was amazing to see 160 children on the stage rendering their voice to the number without any mistake completely in form and absolutely rhythmic to the musical instruments in the background. The audience were at awe and the children heard the longest applaud.
While they sang it was soulful and reflected the inner thoughts of the song writer and composer Chinmaya M.Rao. The beauty of the song was the appearance of the poet himself entering for a glimpse at the end of the song with the Aalaap and giving it a memorable finish.
The programme that took place on December 17th 2016 at the Alpine Public School Isro Layout Bangalore, was witnessed with awe by hundreds of parents and the well known Literate, Poet Prof. Doddarange Gowda.
Prof. Doddarange Gowda specifically appreciated and said the hard work of the Principal Jayalakshmi Shastry, Academic Coordinator Kavitha Deepak Parvatikar and the teachers of standard 1,2 and 3 reflected in the school day event.
